Dear Be Well Family,
After deep consideration and prayer, I have made the very difficult decision to close Be Well Chiropractic as of September 24th, 2026.
As many of you know, my husband recently transferred to Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Over the past year, we have been commuting back and forth while actively searching for a chiropractor to purchase the practice, so your care could continue with as little disruption as possible. Unfortunately, I have not found the right chiropractor to continue the care and mission of Be Well.
However, I have two capable chiropractors I will be referring you to: Dr. Rick Brescia, of Life’s Purpose Chiropractic in Lockport, and Dr. Jason Kosek, of Lincoln-Way Chiropractic in New Lenox. Both doctors have taken care of me personally, and I trust them to continue your care with excellence.
After September 24th, Dr. Jason will serve as Custodian of Records for Be Well. He will have your charts, X-rays, and any other information pertinent to your health history. If you decide to continue your care elsewhere, you will be able to retrieve your records from his office.
From now until September 24th, we will continue to operate as usual. The only change is that we will no longer be accepting new patients. Kirsten will be working with each of you as we settle accounts and prepare your records for your next chiropractor.
As for me, I will be heading west quickly after our closing date. I plan on taking a considerable amount of time off from practicing. I am looking forward to slowing down, spending time with my husband, and embracing this next season of life.
I want to thank each one of you for your trust, loyalty, and confidence in choosing me to be your chiropractor over the past 16 years. The gratitude I have for each of you, and for the way you have referred your friends, family, and loved ones to me, is truly overwhelming.
I will miss our community of like-minded people who take action and make our community a better place. I’ll miss watching your families grow and seeing your lives progress.
Being your chiropractor has been the greatest privilege, and I deeply thank you. I am proud of everything we have accomplished together.
